Reading this site, calling, emailing or filling in the form doesn’t make you our client. We become your lawyers only once we’ve checked for conflicts and we’ve both signed an engagement letter.

The photos, quotes and plan descriptions on this site come from clients who agreed to share them. Every family’s situation is different, and what we did for one client doesn’t predict the result for another.

Fees

The fees on this site describe our usual work. Your fee is the one in your signed engagement letter. Court, filing and recording fees are separate.
